Gold Pages Publishing recognized the need to further develop their online presence to generate user loyalty, visitor usability and ultimately produce further income for the organization. Working heavily with a third party client, we were able to partner design and functionality to bring visitors an online phonebook that is as easy to use as the printed version. The website became an area resource for information – not only for generating repeat visitors, but establishing an online brand for Gold Pages Publishing that continues to build advertiser loyalty and confidence.
