A longstanding client, Chiesman Center for Democracy was looking to update their website in 2013 with the goal to make it editable in-house.
Collaboratively, we conducted a thorough inventory of all website content and evaluated site traffic and user behavior. Based on the insights from that analysis, we defined a new content categorization and design approach that allows users easier comprehension of the organization's intent and vast resource offerings. Chiesman staff can edit the site content, ranging from news to events to programs, with ease and efficiency. Specific user groups, such as educators have password protected access to resources specific to their context.
